Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The CoverUp Window Wells April Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of CoverUp Window Wells and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on April 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible .

3. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

a) Purchase Entry
-Purchase any CoverUp Window Wells product between April 1–30, 2025.
-Subscribe to our YouTube channel: @CoverUpWindowWells.
-Fill out the entry form on our landing page with your name, phone number, email address, and YouTube nickname.

b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
-To enter without making a purchase, send an email with your full name, phone number, email address, and —YouTube nickname to [Insert Official Entry Email Address] with the subject line: CoverUp April Giveaway Entry.
-You must also be subscribed to our YouTube channel: @CoverUpWindowWells.
-Email entries must be received by April 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST to be eligible.
Only one entry per person is allowed, regardless of method of entry.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 gift card (merchant to be selected by CoverUp Window Wells). Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

5.Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random on May 5, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The winner will be announced on our YouTube channel and social media platforms.
The winner will be contacted directly via the email and/or phone number provided.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, a new winner may be selected at CoverUp’s discretion.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. CoverUp Window Wells reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Entry information becomes the property of CoverUp Window Wells.

7. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and for promotional communications related to CoverUp Window Wells. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

CoverUp Window Wells is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical failures of any kind. By entering, participants release and hold harmless CoverUp Window Wells and all affiliated parties from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize.
